Annexure A: Standardized MITC Summary

• The Research Analyst (RA) publishes market analysis and trading recommendations only. The RA cannot execute trades or handle client funds.
• Fees charged to Individual and HUF clients are capped at Rs. 1,51,000/- per annum per client family for all research services combined, excluding statutory levies.
• Advance fee collection is permitted for a maximum period of one quarter (3 months).
• All payments must be made through recognized banking channels (UPI / NEFT / RTGS). Cash payments are prohibited.
• No guaranteed, fixed, or assured return schemes are offered. All recommendations carry market risks.
• Clients retain complete autonomy over their trade decisions and acknowledge that investments in securities carry potential risk of capital loss.

Refund Policy

Inventsment Multiplier (SHIVANSU JAISWAL) maintains an equitable refund policy in compliance with the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 and standardized MITC mandates.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

• Duplicate Payment: If charged multiple times due to a gateway or technical error, duplicate amounts are verified and refunded within 7–10 working days.
• Pre-Mature Service Termination: If a client or the RA terminates research advisory services prior to expiry, the client is entitled to a proportionate (pro-rata) refund for the unexpired period, calculated as:
  Refund = (Total Fee Paid ÷ Total Subscription Days) × Remaining Unexpired Days
• Regulatory Event: In the unlikely event of suspension exceeding 60 days or cancellation of SEBI registration, pro-rata fees for unexpired periods will be returned automatically.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Trading or market losses incurred based on research recommendations are not eligible for any refund or compensation.
• Dissatisfaction with market performance or triggered stop-losses does not constitute service failure.
• Statutory taxes (GST) already remitted to government authorities are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Submit a formal request to shivansujaiswal@gmail.com enclosing your payment transaction reference (UTR) and registered mobile number. Verified claims are disbursed directly to the originating bank account within 10–15 business days.
